Data controller
KII (kii.bg). Questions: hello@kii.bg.
Data collected through the website
This site has no contact form and no third-party marketing cookies. We run first-party analytics with anonymised IP addresses. We do not collect data through a form on the page.
Cookies and third-party requests
We use a language cookie and a first-party analytics session cookie. For details, see our Cookie policy.
Email and phone
When you contact us by email or phone, we use the information you send (such as your name, email address and message) only to reply and, if relevant, to discuss a possible contract. The legal basis is legitimate interest and/or steps before entering a contract.
Server logs
Our hosting may record technical data automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and URL. We use this for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, on the basis of legitimate interest. Retention depends on server settings and is usually limited.
How long we keep data
We keep email and phone correspondence as long as needed to reply, contract and deliver services, then delete or archive it according to legal obligations and our internal rules. Server logs are kept for a short technical period set by the host.
Your rights
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. To ask us to delete data from correspondence with you, email hello@kii.bg. We will reply within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm your identity.
Complaint to a supervisory authority
You may complain to your data protection authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) at cpdp.bg, if you believe we process data unlawfully.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. Please check back periodically.
