Data collected via the site

This website has no contact form and does not use third-party marketing cookies. We run first-party analytics with an anonymized IP. We do not collect data via an on-page form.

Email and phone communication

When you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email, message content) solely to respond to your enquiry and for potential contracting, based on legitimate interest and/or pre-contractual steps.

Server logs

Hosting and the web server may automatically record technical data: IP address, request date and time, browser type, URL. These are used for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention, on legitimate interest. Retention depends on server configuration and is usually limited.

Retention

Email and phone correspondence is kept as long as needed to respond, contract, and deliver services, then deleted or archived according to legal duties and internal rules. Server logs are kept for a short technical period per hosting configuration.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. To request deletion of data related to correspondence with us, email hello@kii.bg. We will respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity if needed.

Supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — for Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) at cpdp.bg — if you believe processing breaches applicable law.
