Terms of service
These terms apply to work between you and KII. Please read them before starting a project.
Scope
These terms apply to all projects and services KII (kii.bg) provides to business clients. By working with KII — by email, phone or accepting a proposal — you agree to them.
How we start work
Every project begins with a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work starts once the proposal is accepted in writing; email is enough. KII does not start without a mutually agreed proposal.
Payment
Custom software and integration projects require an initial fee before work begins. Monthly support and further development are billed as set out in the proposal. 3D scanning and printing projects are quoted and invoiced per project. Payment terms are stated in each proposal.
Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables are defined in the proposal. KII delivers in phases where that makes sense. The client reviews deliverables within a reasonable time and confirms acceptance in writing. Silence does not count as acceptance.
Intellectual property
For software: unless agreed otherwise in writing, KII keeps ownership of the platform and codebase. The client receives a licence to use the delivered service as described in the proposal. For 3D work: KII keeps digital files (scans, models) as part of quality control; transferring files requires a separate written agreement.
Limitation of liability
KII is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the project or service that gave rise to it. KII is not responsible for third-party systems, platforms or services outside what we deliver directly.
Confidentiality
Both sides agree to keep business information shared during the project confidential. KII will not share client details or project specifics with third parties without written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement go to the competent court in Bulgaria.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Active clients will be told about material changes. For new projects, the terms in force when you accept the proposal apply.
